The productivity hack:

Let's talk productivity…….                                        

There was a time where I thought productivity meant grinding harder.

Waking up earlier, stacking more tasks, running on caffeine & willpower.

If I wasn’t exhausted by the end of the day, I didn’t think I’d done enough.

But the harder I pushed, the worse I felt, without even realizing it.

My energy was tanking.

I was moody, bloated, scattered. I’d check a million things off a list but still feel behind.

That wasn’t productivity — that was burnout.

It wasn’t until I started learning about blood sugar, gut health, and nervous system regulation that things changed.

When I started fueling my body, managing stress, and getting real about recovery…

                    Everything got easier. Clearer. More aligned.                          

           

Now I don’t need hacks to feel productive.

I support my biology, and my energy follows. I don’t chase productivity — I embody it.
