How to measure progress?

Remember, progress isn’t measured by feelings—because it’s always going to FEEL hard. That just means you’re leveling up.

What does matter is recognizing how much you’ve raised your baseline. If you don’t take the time to acknowledge that, you’ll end up stuck in a cycle of self-doubt.

Instead of letting emotions dictate your progress, check in with yourself—where are these thoughts coming from? Are they facts, or just feelings? Am I actually stuck, or just uncomfortable? Have I seen improvement in my strength, endurance, or mindset compared to where I started? What proof do I have that I’m moving forward?

Your mind will try to sell you the lie that you’re not doing enough.

Call it out.

Shift your self-talk.

Recognize your growth.

And keep raising the bar.
